Report simulation for mCRPC and mHSPC phase (version 5.0)

Description

This document contains the simulations’ results for ProBio (version 5.0).
The simulations’ reports are divided for the two phases: hormone sensitive (hs) and castration resistance (cr), but the results are presented in a similar format

Hormone Sensitive Phase

Simulation setting:

• Scen 1: Treatments equally effective across the biomarker signatures
  
• Scen 2: ARSi more effective in all the biomarker signatures
  
• Scen 3: Taxane_CT more effective in all the biomarker signatures
  
• Scen 4: ARSi more effective in the TP53- biomarker signature
  
• Scen 5: Taxane_CT more effective in the TEfus+ biomarker signature
  
• Scen 6: PARPi more effective in the HRD+ biomarker signature
  
• Scen 7: Several treatments more effective in distinctive signatures: (ARSi, TP53-); (Taxane_CT, TEfus+); (PARPi, HRD+)
  
• Scen 8: Taxane_CT less effective in the TP53+ biomarker signature

Castration Resistent Phase

Simulation setting:

• Scen 1: Treatments equally effective across the biomarker signatures
  
• Scen 2: ARSi more effective in all the biomarker signatures
  
• Scen 3: Taxane_CT more effective in all the biomarker signatures
  
• Scen 4: ARSi more effective in the TP53- & AR- biomarker signature
  
• Scen 5: Taxane_CT more effective in the TEfus+ biomarker signature
  
• Scen 6: Platinum_CT and PARPi more effective in the HRD+ biomarker signature
  
• Scen 7: Several treatments more effective in distinctive signatures: (ARSi, TP53- & AR-); (Taxane_CT, TEfus+); (Platinum_CT and PARPi, HRD+)
  
• Scen 8: Taxane_CT less effective in the TP53+ biomarker signature

Notes:

The simulations for hormone sensitive phase were run on a 50 cores machine and took approximately 38 hours.

The simulations for castration resistent phae were run on a 50 cores machine and took approximately 19 hours.
